These terms are shown in the app and must be accepted before ninja-tch can be used. The text below is identical to the in-app agreement.
Ninja Touch lets you exchange short text messages with nearby devices over Bluetooth. By tapping AGREE you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you cannot use the app.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, sexual content involving minors, and content that targets a person or group is forbidden without exception. Users who send such content lose access to the app permanently.
Do not send: threats or incitement of violence; harassment, bullying, or stalking; hate speech or slurs; sexually explicit material; any sexual content involving minors; content promoting self-harm; spam; or anything unlawful where you are.
The app screens messages for objectionable language on your device, in both directions. Messages that fail the screen are not sent, and incoming messages that fail it are hidden rather than displayed. No filter catches everything, so the reporting and blocking tools below exist as well.
Every message you receive carries REPORT and BLOCK controls. Reporting sends the message to us for review. Blocking removes the message from your screen immediately, ends the connection, stops that device from reaching you again, and reports the content to us at the same time.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Devices that send objectionable content are banned, and a banned device can no longer use the app. Because messages travel directly between two phones and are never stored on our servers, removing content means removing it from the recipient's screen — no other copy exists for us to delete.
The app collects nothing while you simply chat, and your messages are never sent to any server. When you report or block someone, we receive only that message's text, a random identifier for your device, a random identifier for the reported device, the reason you chose, and the time. These identifiers are random and are not linked to your name, account, phone number, or location.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ninja Touch. Messages come from strangers physically near you, and the filter cannot guarantee that everything you receive is inoffensive.
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Bluetooth range, delivery, and connection quality are not guaranteed.
