These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Laska ("we", "our", or "us"), a mobile application that helps couples gamify their relationship through tasks, rewards, and shared goals. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Laska is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. The app is designed for use by two partners who form a "couple" inside the app — both partners share the same Love Points pool, tasks, rewards, and goals.
Laska Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. Pricing, currency and renewal period are shown on the in-app subscription screen before purchase. One subscription covers both partners in a couple.
The Laska Plus subscription is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. By subscribing, you accept the Apple Standard EULA, which governs auto-renewal, refunds, and account-level subscription management.
You agree not to use Laska to harass, abuse, or harm another person; to upload unlawful content; to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service; or to violate any applicable law.
Couple data (tasks, rewards, goals, Love Points history) belongs to both partners. If partners decide to separate, shared data can be deleted with mutual consent through the app's settings. Either partner may delete their own account independently at any time — see the Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
The app, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by Laska and its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
