Welcome to Palabrino. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Palabrino mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using Palabrino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aleksei Deriushev ("we", "us", or "our").

The App, including its design, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Aleksei Deriushev and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App may display images and content from third-party sources for educational purposes. We do not claim ownership of such content and use it in accordance with applicable fair use and educational use provisions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aleksei Deriushev from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aleksei Deriushev regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
